Why you ask? Well, it was our first family wedding in 10 years and I could not wait. Not only did I have the honor of photographing our cousin Darden and Doug’s wedding, but I also had a chance to catch up with family we rarely see. It was a gorgeous, fun filled and emotional day for everyone. I LOVED IT! The team of John Gandy Events and Missy Gunnels Flowers outdid themselves. The Carriage House at Goodwood was perfection! The inn has been voted as one of the most romantic getaways, and it is truly a diamond in the rough. John Gandy and his marvelous team planned a flawless weekend and Missy Gunnels flowers were just gorgeous.  There were so many memorable moments, from the Woody’s speech and Darrh’s payback to their elegant first dance.  Jen & Darrh’s sense of humor kept us smiling all weekend.

I was so happy to be there with my sissistant Christy, to photograph this weekend of fun, friends and family.

Congratulations Dr. & Mrs. Bryant!, have a wonderful time in the Dominican Republic!

At last night’s Tallahassee Professional Photography Guild meeting, I submitted this image for the social function category. It won in it’s category and then was voted on as the overall print of the month! Yippee!
This image was taken in April at Lake Iamonia Lodge of Raina Clemmons as she headed out to walk down the aisle and become Mrs. Ferenchick. This is truly on of my very favorite images and am so flattered by the recognition.
