It’s that time of year again…for YOU to pick your Fav Photo of 2011! I’ve done the hard work narrowing down all of the photos; now it’s up to you to choose the #1 wedding photo of the year! The winning couple will be awarded one 20×24 art print of their choice!

Participation is easy–just leave a comment {ON THIS BLOG} telling which photo you think is the best. Lots of comments are encouraged and welcomed, but you can only vote once. When you comment, it is essential that you include your Fav Photo’s photo number (located above each photo).

I was super excited to shoot this wedding, maybe alittle more excited than usual. Why you ask? Well, it was our first family wedding in 10 years and I could not wait. Not only did I have the honor of photographing our cousin Darden and Doug’s wedding, but I also had a chance to catch up with family we rarely see. It was a gorgeous, fun filled and emotional day for everyone. I LOVED IT! The team of John Gandy Events and Missy Gunnels Flowers outdid themselves. The Carriage House at Goodwood was perfection! From the windy city to the sunshine state!

Rachel and Josiah came all the way from Illinois to have their dream beach wedding here in Florida! Rachel’s exuberance was contagious! The ceremony took place on Carillon beach under a beautiful custom made bamboo arch. Josiah mouthed “WOW” and “You look SO beautiful” to his bride throughout her entire walk down the aisle! Their reception, held at the Meeting House, was a blast! Highlights include the Shoe Game, which is a hilarious couples trivia contest where the newlyweds got to test their knowledge of one anther. Later, guests “got low” on the dance floor in a limbo contest! Take a look this couple’s dream-come-true wedding!

Beautiful Tallahassee Wedding at the Southwood House

Newlyweds, Jessica and Kevin Hester, exchanged their vows at the historic SouthWood House in Tallahassee. Jessica and her bridesmaids got their hair done at the Green Peridot and finished getting ready upstairs at the SouthWood House, while Kevin and his groomsmen got ready in the Magnolia Cottage at the SouthWood house. The ceremony took place outside, under majestic oaks. Later, everyone enjoyed signature cocktails and personalized coozies at the reception in front of the house. Common Zenz, the band that performed at the reception, was great! They played all of my favorites (Tom Petty, Rolling Stones, etc.)! At the end of the night, guests saw out the new Mr. and Mrs. Hester by throwing rose petals. Take a look at this gorgeous Tallahassee wedding!

Sarah and Ryan were recently wed at Carillon beach. Sarah’s lace dress was absolutely stunning, and the floral arrangements were gorgeous! Tallahassee Wedding: Susan

Newlyweds, Susan and Andrew Hildebrand had a beautiful Tallahassee wedding at St. Thomas Moore. The stained glass is so pretty, every time I am in there I make a point to walk around and take it all in. After the ceremony,we took some time with the bridal party in the Chain of Parks before walking to their Governor’s Club reception. The couple’s friends and family had a great time at the reception, it was especially touching as days after their wedding, Mr. and Mrs. Hildebrand left little ole Tallahassee to live in California! Intimate Wedding at Turtle Beach Inn

When it came time for Lindsey and Brendan to choose a venue for their wedding, they already knew the perfect location, Turtle Beach Inn. The couple had stayed at this beautiful, beach-front inn prior to their engagement and loved the exclusivity it provided. It was a great choice for a secluded wedding with their family and closest friends. Kay got the chance to spend alittle extra time with them right before sunset, her favorite time of the day. Joslyne and Wes exchanged vows on a beautiful day on 30A. The couple’s reception was classic and intimate. Several unique features and a lot of attention to little details made the venue look amazing! Joslyne had not one, but two wedding dresses for her big day. She surprised everyone with a dress change during the reception and looked just as stunning in the second dress as she did in the first. Everyone danced the night away until the guests lit sparklers and waved goodbye to the newlyweds!
